Pronay Dhwoj is an Economist with 7 years of experience in managing and analyzing large and complex databases. He also designs and implements statistical and econometric models.  In recent years, he has primarily focused on developing advance machine learning models to predict frequent flier user behavior, segment loyalty members, assess the impact of proposed changes to the loyalty programs, and determining future liabilities for regulatory compliance.

He has hands of experience in Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning algorithms (Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and Random Forest) and he is well versed with Python, SAS, PostgresSQL, Oracle SQL developer, Stata, and MS Excel. In addition to the airline industry, he has also gained experience in applying econometrics techniques and working with large and complex datasets, particularly for antitrust matters in industries including Cement, FX, Poultry, and Telecom.
